Compassion and Gratitude from Vietnamese Refugee Lauren Vuong

Lauren Vuong, mother, attorney, and rescued Vietnamese "boat child" spoke to our Club about her quest to find and film the men who rescued her 30 fellow children and 31 adults when they were stranded in the ocean, almost out of fuel, food, water, and near death.  She wants to produce a short documentary about Compassion and Gratitude.  Her story was compelling and emotionally charged; a very good breakfast meeting.
