Thanks for the olive oil lesson today Milagra. Number one lesson, fresh is king, doesn't mater where your oil is from Italy or California, fresher is better. We got to try some local olive oil picked and pressed in October, yum! Did you know olive oil on the shelf in stores can be over 2 years old? So bland and greasy. It is amazing how flavorful fresh oil is.
