Paula Winland Van Zyl described Zambian Teacher's Housing Project

Mwandi is a Zambian farming and fishing village of about 9,50 people located near the Zambezi River. 
Paula is the immediate past President of the Livingstone Rotary Club in District 9120; she met Karen Thompson and Greg Williams when they visited this past spring and Karen spoke on the prosthetic hand project (LN-4). Paula is a two times Paul Harris Fellow and is working to get financial support to build housing for the teachers for the public school there. The Livingston Club is attempting to apply for a global grant and is seeking a Lead Club to help. Her speech was enlightening regarding the conditions and need and her financial project request is available for anyone to review in our club. Thanks to Karen for bringing such a dedicated speaker from such a great distance.
