A delighted Stacey Sheremetieff is shown fanning out her winning restaurant certificates and holding up the poster displaying our contributing restaurants. Stacey bought her tickets from President-Elect Bev Shwert (who says Stacey promises to take Bev to one of the restaurants as a "thank you for talking me into getting this!" response.)
